Do you need a range of professional images for press, PR and your public profile?
With a personal branding session we go deeper with your image requirements. Capturing the headshot images required for work then create environmental portraits which are slightly more editorial for those press releases or public profiling which is more elevated then a headshot.

How It Works

We meet either in person or online and discus your company and the production.
We will talk about - What your company does, the brand colours (look and feel) and the preferred mood of the headshots.
Then we will create options for the overarching look of the portraits.

Based on the consultation meeting I create options for the look of the portraiture moving forward.
The lighting - I will present you with a number of lighting styles which can work with your business type and message.
The backdrop - I will present you with some backdrop options based on your business style and branding.
The wardrobe - We will work together to create a wardrobe brief to send out to all staff before the shoot day, to advise them of cooler schemes and things to avoid.
We will then decide on a route to move forward with a lighting style, backdrop and wardrobe brief for the day.

All sitters will be asked to arrive with their makeup as they usually wear it.
Hair & Makeup will then use the sitters natural look as a base to get them camera ready.
During the portrait session they will be on hand to deal with any shine and fly away hairs to ensure best results.

Sitters will be advised to bring along a couple of outfits to see what best suits them in front of the camera.
Our Wardrobe stylist will make sure all garments are steamed and camera ready.
During the shoot the stylist will be there to make any wardrobe tweaks during the shooting to ensure best results.

We bring the Studio, Hair and makeup and Styling to you. Setting up for the day in a pre arranged meeting room / boardroom.
Each member of staff will be asked to being a couple of options for wardrobe and come with hair and MUA ready as they would have it/
Each member of staff have 15 min slot. We ask each member of staff to arrive 15 mins early to have their wardrobe steamed / styled and go through hair and makeup to be camera ready.
Each portrait session will last 15 mins and portrait can chosen / favoured in the session.
We are able to shoot 24 people per day.

One portrait per member of staff is included within the package.
I can either prepare a low resolution contact sheet of each person with the favoured images for selection or if an image had been selected on that day that one will be ready for retouch.
Only retouched images will be realised.
All images come with usage in perpetuity for BTL purposes.

FAQs
My organisation has more than 24 members of staff?
Our cost is based on a day rate per crew member plus the post production and delivery of the images. We can shoot up to 24 people a day (just over 15min per person) so we would simply work out how many days you would need us.
We don’t have a suitable space to host the shoot day…
We have a studio space which we can host the headshots in Cirencester at £350 per day.
If we are using a third party venue for a branding or headshot day that will an additional cost which we will agree on pre sign off of project.

What is the time scale on delivery of images?
We will make sure your retouch time is booked in on confirmation of booking. You’ll receive your portraits within a week if under 75 people or within 20 days if over 75 people.
If for any reason a person is required more urgently we can arrange that for you.
